Overview
PROSAT Sterile PS-314IR-BPR Pi Wipes are designed for the most critical environments to control contamination and ultimately ensure cGMP compliance while using fewer resources. The cloths are made of split polyester and nylon microfiber, which improves their cleaning effectiveness and ability to absorb contaminants. The 80 g/m² microfiber fabric is highly absorbent and releases the solvent in a metered manner onto surfaces, covering larger areas than other pre-saturated cloths.
PROSAT Sterile Pi Wipes are pre-saturated with 70% USP Grade IPA and 30% DI Water, allowing for controlled application to surfaces and lower VOCs compared to spraying. The resealable bag can be resealed during use to maintain the saturation level and IPA concentration of the wipes. The wipes are sterile up to 10-6 validated and suitable for use in Class A and B cleanrooms.
When used as a disinfectant, the IPA wipes are effective against bacteria in 1 minute and against yeast in 3 minutes. PROSAT Sterile Pi wipes are approved for sale in the EU and UK under the EU and UK Biocidal Products Regulation.
