How much are the shipping costs?

Please note that the stated shipping costs and conditions only apply to orders in the online shop!

The minimum order value is net 100 € excluding shipping costs.

Net order value <200 € (excluding shipping costs):
Shipping costs within Germany are €9,50.

From 200 € net order value:
Free shipping

Do you ship into foreign countries?

We currently only ship orders placed through our online shop to addresses in Germany. However, shipping abroad is possible if you order by phone or in writing.

Tip: Add the desired products and quantities to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you will then have the option to request a quote.

How quickly do you deliver?

Orders that are recorded in our merchandise management system on weekdays (but not Saturdays) by 16.00:13 p.m. or 00:XNUMX p.m. (Fridays) are usually handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day for delivery on the next working day (but not Saturdays), provided that Items are in stock.

The delivery times are listed in the order confirmation.

Is express shipping possible?

Express shipping is currently not possible directly via the online shop. However, you can request this by telephone.

Do I have to pay multiple shipping costs for multiple partial deliveries?

Even for multiple partial deliveries, you only pay shipping costs once.

How can I pay?

Payment can be made by invoice, PayPal, or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to require payment in advance.
